Any Questions?

Credit restoration is a process where we dispute any misleading, inaccurate, incomplete and unverifiable information being reported on your credit report. We request the credit bureaus and credit reporting agencies (CRA’s) to verify any information we requested.

With identity theft at its highest, it is becoming very difficult for consumers to maintain great credit. That is why consumers are protected by certain laws that allow them to dispute certain items that can be inaccurate and it is in your complete right by law to do so.
We successfully challenge any inaccurate items on your credit report with the credit bureaus and (CA’s) with expertise tactics. The (FCRA) law gives the credit bureaus a period of no longer than 30 days to verify if the information is accurate. If the credit bureaus don’t provide the results of their investigation within the 30 days allowed then the information must be deleted!
That depends on your unique circumstances. However, we have a proven track record for success, with more than 95% of our clients seeing a 30-50 points or more increase in their credit score within 30 days. After 120 days more than 95% of our clients see their FICO score increase by more than 150 points.

Your credit score is determined by an algorithm developed by the Fair Isaac Corporation (FICO). Items taken into consideration when determining your credit score include payment history, debt ratio, credit history, inquiries, and types of credit accounts.

Credit is deemed “bad” if there is a history of late payments, delinquencies, charge-off accounts, defaults. However, errors on your credit report can also cause bad credit, even if you’ve been financially responsible.

It generally takes 30 to 45 days to see results but remember, no three credit reports are alike and results will vary from client to client depending on the nature of their case.
Absolutely. The credit repair specialists at Rich Black & Associates have expertise in helping to remove inaccuracies on credit reports. We can request for a “fraud alert” to be placed on all 3 credit bureaus (TransUnion, Equifax, & Experian) for a period of no less than 90 days. We can also extend the fraud alert for up to 7 years and it may be removed at any time.

Our work is guaranteed because we strictly operate within the (FCRA) (FDCPA) (FACTA) laws and work efficiently to have your credit files cleaned of all debt.
